How to Search For Homes and Property

Do you have trouble searching for properties? Maybe this will help!  For quick and easy searches, start on our home page.  Fill in the info under “Start Here. Search for a Home.”   Or click on one of the popular search areas below that box.

Want even  more?  The search results shown on the screen shot below are 70 properties that have sold in Long Beach.  In order to do this (or any other type of search), first visit Discovery Coast Real Estate.  From the home page, click on Find a Home.  Yes, you’ll need to register to get all the great results, but I promise we won’t bug you!

Okay, now that you’re on the search page, you can enter the area (city or zip code) that you want to search.  Add a price range if you like.  Below the price selection, you’ll see additional criteria.  Now you can really narrow things down by selecting property types, number of bedrooms, foreclosures, etc.  If you only want to see “SOLD” listings, then click on “Property Status” and select “Sold”.  Then just hit view results and you’ll not only see icons on the map, but you’ll have a sorting tool on the left.  Click on one of the icons for more information.  There’s even an easy way to contact us for details and appointments.

I hope this will make your visit even more rewarding.  Remember, you can subscribe to the blog for relevant buying and selling news, local interests, and much more.  We’d also appreciate a “LIKE” on our Facebook Page!
