Since 2006 I have sold and listed real estate in Pacific County. I have studied the market in this area for the past six years and have a good idea of what makes a good buy versus a bad buy. I live by a saying I once told a real estate salesman who was trying to sell me property: “Look, it’s my money, not yours.” I lot of sales people forget that when showing a prospective buyer real estate. On the other hand, a home owner wants to maximize his investment and expects his agent to advise them of how to achieve that goal.
