Hi! Charlie here. My Broker (wife) wants me to tell you all something about myself, so here goes. Although I’ve been around a real estate broker since 1994, ( Cheri ) I’ve only been a licensed real estate agent since February of 2008.
I consider myself a real estate facilitator, because I neither buy, nor sell, real estate. I just make sure those buyers and sellers get together, make the deal and sign the proper papers.
I’m a husband, father and grandfather. I have two children and two grandchildren, only one wife. I’ve been around for awhile, and learned a little about lots of things. Just enough to make it dangerous. I enjoy friends, good wine, eating good food, traveling thru Europe, and fast cars. There are a few more things I enjoy, but I’ll leave them out.
If I can’t be reached you would probably find me at a Vintage Race somewhere. More than likely under a race car or in the pits, next to the action. If anyone wants to sponsor me I’ll even get behind the wheel. I won’t answer my phone because I won’t even hear it!
I’m on the Human Services Committee of Pacific County, ( like to know who and what, is happening in the special needs community.) There is a lot more happening than one hears about. For instance, how many of you know sixth graders get to take a challenge course, learning how to trust their peers, and build confidence in themselves? There is a drug and alcohol program that starts in the Fourth grade, and there is a thought that it should be started earier! There is a movement afoot to get a Special Olympics team going for bowling. Just a few things going on around here!
With all this going on around me I’ll still find time to meet your real estate needs or show you Discovery Coast properties. (unless I’m off to the races!)
