What a sunny day here at the coast. Did you know what is commonly called the Long Beach Peninsula is considered the longest beach in the United States and the world’s largest drivable beach. We’re conveniently located about 165 miles from Seattle, WA and 115 miles from Portland, OR. Our weather is mild and wild.
Today I’m here to talk about Ilwaco! While not geographically on the “peninsula”, it is part of the excitement, beauty and livability of this area. It’s also the City that I call home. I enjoy being able to walk to the Post Office, drug store, library, my favorite Ilwaco coffee place, Olde Towne Trading Post, walk Porsche the Pup out to the boat launch and along the scenic marina. There is always something to do in Ilwaco as you can see from their Facebook page, Discover Ilwaco. You can read a little bit about Ilwaco and search for homes and land from the link on our site: ILWACO.
Don’t forget about the business opportunity at the Port of Ilwaco! And remember, if you’re thinking of buying or selling anywhere on this beautiful peninsula, Ilwaco, Chinook, Naselle or beyond, Discovery Coast Real Estate is ready to help. And as the market picks up, so does our need for more motivated agents – check out schooling at Rockwell and remember, sign up through our office and save some money!
