June was a great month for sellers but…

June 2019 showed a few less sales than June 2018 did.  39 residential sales vs 46 in 2018.  Average days on the market in 2018 was just 79 but 2019 was 104 days.  However, the average sales price was up in June of this year from $221,646 (2018) to $286,477.   Right now there are 173 active residential listings, 21 of those being condos.

Get the June 2019 details:  RESIDENTIAL

Vacant land improved over last year with 19 sales with an average sales price of $48,995 (average of 258 days on the market).  For the same period in 2018 there were just 13 sales but the average price was $61,346 and 219 average days on the market.   Active listings as of 7/10/19 are 188 parcels ranging in price from $7,500 to $1,920,000.

Get the details on land that sold in June 2019:  LAND

No Commercial Sales to report but if you’re the entrepreneurial type, there are 12 opportunities out there!  And that doesn’t count commercially zoned land where you can start your OWN business!
